Is the siMetrix system compatible with other Sikla systems?

Yes, siMetrix components can be seamless integrated into all Sikla systems. You can install siMetrix on walls, floors, and ceilings, while combing it with our siFramo and Pressix systems for any application.

Why has Sikla developed siMetrix?

siMetrix allows for structures to be made where channel systems are limited. This is possible due to connections able to be made on all sides. The closed profile has a higher torsional rigidity, which enables more possibilities for applications. siMetrix is suitable for applications where three-dimensional constructions are required but siFramo is too heavy or overdimensioned.

Does the profile lose its corrosion protection when cut or scratched?

Subsequent corrosion protection on cut surfaces is not necessarily required, it may be advisable in environments with high corrosion protection requirements. It is not necessary to touch up scratches with a zinc spray, for example.
